The evening will start at 7 p.m. with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbles; you can see a preview of the tombola items, meet Rotary members and other guests, and walk around in the beautiful Africa palace and Orangerie.
For those with the "full experience" ticket, dinner will be served to you at your table. A full range of drinks will be available to purchase with your dinner while a Mexican-themed band will get everyone in the mood for an evening of dancing to follow. After dinner, a dance floor will be created, and our DJ will quickly help you to unleash your inner Latino!
Meanwhile the tombola to support our charitable causes - this year's main projects are De Eglantier and Dyadis - will run in the background. This year, we have a rich selection of prizes, thanks to our many sponsors from the Tervuren area and beyond! ... it will be a night to remember!
Despite the global trend of rising prices, the basic "full experience" ticket has been held to €115! This price will, however, just cover the cost of the event and so, if you can, you are invited to sign up using one of the "+donation" ticket options instead. Note that it is possible to reserve a table for larger groups. Tables are available for 8, 10 or 12 people. Contact Caroline via fiesta@rotarytervuren.eu for further details.
It is also possible to join, after the dinner, at 10 p.m. for the dance party only. For this tickets are available at €65; although, as with the "full experience" ticket, you are invited to
sign up using one of the "+donation" ticket options instead. The tombola will still be active and the dance party will run until late.
If you can't join us for this magical evening, then please consider buying a "steunkaart". These are also available below. Note, each steunkaart gives rise to one ticket in the tombola.
Dress code for the evening: Casual smart / Black tie.
... but everything should have a touch of "Latino flair"! Ladies can go short or long.
