Menu: we’ve negotiated a menu at €90 pp. (all inclusive) from La Table des Templiers and we need to confirm our course choices by Monday Dec. 10, 18:00.
So, PLEASE when you confirm your attendance below, indicate your choice of entrée, main course and dessert (note that the cheese plate comes at a small supplement).
Guests: If you will be accompanied, then your guest is invited to connect to Polaris (the dinner invitation is visible to them) and likewise select their own menu options. Alternatively you can do this for them;
however you must connect to Polaris without logging in to do this, in which case you will be required to fill in their name, first name, gender (just for the correct form of address) and an email address (to receive the registration confirmation message). It would be helpful to mention the name of any guest you have invited in the "remarks" field of your own registration - especially if they are not well known to the treasurer - however,
this does not take the place of their being registered.
